Multi-brand AI enabled Design System

Drove a 2× improvement in design-to-development efficiency by leading the creation of an AI-enabled, multi-brand design system, authoring components in Figma and implementing them as a scalable, production-ready solution within Salesforce. I led a team of five to architect and deliver a production-ready, AI-enabled multi-brand design system in Figma — establishing a 200+ token architecture, 70+ components, patterns, and 20+ page templates, brand theming through variable modes.

Simplifying Savings: Designing the CD Account Experience

Designed a self-service CD experience that simplified account opening and accelerated customer onboarding. As Senior Product Designer, I led end-to-end design of a scalable B2C solution—producing 100+ wireframes and defining detailed interaction models—that simplified complex regulatory requirements (ECRE) while improving usability and flow. I also established a foundational product framework that extended beyond digital, which was later adopted to guide future banking experiences across the organization

Designed Glass, an executive observability dashboard that transforms complex system data into clear, actionable insights for faster, more confident decision-making. As Senior Product Designer and Design-to-Dev Lead, I drove end-to-end delivery of Glass, designing 10+ core features—including alerts, KPI widgets, sparklines, contextual menus, dashboards, and a dynamic KPI Catalogue. I established the platform’s visual and systemic foundation by creating Obsidian, a scalable visual identity, and Aurora, a production-ready design system that ensured consistency and scalability across the experience.

The client's digital ecosystem was fragmented across brands, agencies, and development teams. I led a team of five to architect and deliver a production-ready, AI-enabled multi-brand design system in Figma — establishing a 200+ token architecture, 70+ components, patterns, and 20+ page templates, brand theming through variable modes, and a multi-library structure aligned to Salesforce Lightning Design System and Experience Cloud. This doubled design-to-development speed and replaced a previous 5-month+ agency workflow.

Delivery was accelerated through integrated AI tools — Figma AI and Figma Make for component creation, ChatGPT for token taxonomy, and Claude Code for specs, changelogs, and documentation. To extend the system's reach, I built custom Claude-skills to accelerate page creation.

I established the platform’s visual and systemic foundation by creating Obsidian, a scalable visual identity, and Aurora, a production-ready design system that ensured consistency and scalability across the experience.
