Service Policies

Deposit

  1. Upon booking, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required; all deposits go towards the final cost of the chosen hairstyle.

  2. Initial deposits must be made through Zelle to finalize booking.

  3. The remaining amount must be paid in cash or through Zelle on the appointment day.

Requirements

  1. Appointments can only be rescheduled 72 hours before the appointment day, and deposits can only be transferred once.

  2. You can bring just one person, or none if possible, to your appointment.

  3. Hair must be at least 2 inches all round.

  4. Hair is provided for some hairstyles; please read the booking description.

  5. Please pay attention to the "Add On" for each booking, as a lot of details regarding your hairstyle will be selected there.

  6. Your hair must be adequately prepped for braiding to save time in the following ways:

    • Hair must be washed and thoroughly dried.

    • If your hair is natural, you can either blow it out or stretch it without heat, i.e., putting it in twists or cornrows.

    • There should be no product on your hair.

Lateness & Cancelation

  1. Your appointment will be canceled after 15 mins if there is a no-show.

  2. A $20 Cancellation fee will be taken from your $30 deposit.

  3. No calls/no-shows will not be able to book any service in the future.
